Ready for use after reconstitution with the labeled volume of cold, sterile, purified water. MUTAZYME^® consists of Phenobarbital/5, 6-Benzoflavone induced Sprague Dawley male rat liver S9, lyophilized with NADPH-regenerating system cofactors and phosphate buffer. To use, simply reconstitute with the labeled volume of ice-cold, sterile, purified water. Available as 5%, 10% and 30% S9 Mix.
