Oxoid™ Nutrient Broth  No. 2 w/ VBE

26-555.3,Oxoid™ Nutrient Broth  No. 2, is specifically formulated and primarily used in the Ames assay as specified by Maron & Ames, Mutat. Res. 113: 173, 1983 for culture of S. typhimurium and E. coli WP2. This formulation includes the addition of VBE. MOLTOX^® prepared media and media components are specifically formulated for use in bacterial mutagenicity assays.
