21-40S10.2, Minimal Glucose Agar, 0.4% Glucose formulation, 20 plates/sleeve. Our MGAs are specifically formulated for use in bacterial mutagenicity assays. Along with the standard formulation as described by Maron & Ames, Mutat. Res. 113:173, 1983, MOLTOX® offers various other formulations such as histidine and biotin supplemented bottom agar.
