EE Mossel Broth (Enterobacteriaceae Enrichment)
EE Mossel Broth is used for selectively enriching and detecting Enterobacteriaceae and other lactose-negative organisms. This is then followed by subculturing on a selective medium such as Violet Red Bile or Viloet Red Bile Glucose Agar (VRBGA).
